As Head of Consulting with almost 30 years of experience, Silke is a real force when it comes to project management, strategy and identity-based brand development. Born and raised in Düsseldorf (and yet rather uncarnivalist), her path initially led her to the big names on the German agency scene — including Grey, BBDO and Ogilvy. She also got to know the customer side and therefore always kept an eye on both sides — but it finally drew her back to the agencies.

The fact that you don't see her many years of experience is probably due to her sporting ambition and passion for her job. While she switches off privately during training, she brings the same energy to MINT: She questions, structures and drives projects forward with precision and speed — always with a feel for the big picture.
