Your role with us

As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for the structured development of our new business; you establish processes, develop systematic acquisition strategies and ensure that new, suitable customers continuously find new, suitable customers for MINT.

Your focus is clearly on sustainable growth, not on short-term transactions.

You assume responsibility for:
  • strategic planning and implementation of our new acquisitions in the B2B environment
  • Identification, analysis and prioritization of relevant target companies, particularly in technology and industry
  • Development of a scalable business development process, from initial contact to completion
  • Development and maintenance of a reliable sales funnel including KPI tracking
  • proactively approaching decision makers at C-level and marketing management level
  • Preparation and conduct of initial meetings, clarifications of needs and offer presentations
  • close cooperation with consulting and management on offer development and pitch processes
  • Establishing long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Market and competition analysis to identify new growth areas

What do you bring

We are not just looking for sales staff, but an entrepreneurial personality with a clear focus on growth.

You're a good fit for us if you:
  • has several years of experience in business development or strategic B2B sales, ideally in an agency, consulting or service environment
  • are able to set up new business in a structured way and establish processes independently
  • Communicates confidently at decision maker level and is able to convincingly convey complex services
  • Think strategically and take operational action at the same time
  • Consistently pursue conclusions without losing sight of relationship and substance
  • You are certainly familiar with CRM systems and KPI-based work
  • Fluent in German and English
  • You have completed a degree or comparable education in the fields of business, communication or marketing
