As a consultant, you are the central interface between customers, creation and project teams; you pull the strings together and get projects straight on track.

You assume responsibility for:

• strategic and operational advice in demanding customer projects
• Analysis of customer needs and development of tailor-made communication solutions
• Preparation of briefings, concepts and presentations for internal teams and decision makers
• Management of project processes, resources, budgets and milestones
• Management of customer meetings and active customer development
• Collaboration on pitches and support in acquiring new projects

We are looking for an experienced consultant with several years of project responsibility in the B2B environment who manages mandates independently and creates strategic clarity.

You're a good fit for us if you:

• at least 5 years of agency experience You are involved in consulting or customer service
• Be able to manage projects in a structured way, even when things get complex
• Have a confident appearance and advise customers on equal footing
• Combine organizational talent, commitment and initiative
• Fluent in German and English
• You have completed a degree or comparable education in the areas of communication, marketing or business
