Initial situation: A website with potential — but without structure.
Isolette stands for technical innovation in the area of integrated sun protection solutions. But the existing website did not meet the requirements of an increasingly digitally oriented target group: The information was not clear enough, the contact channels were too complicated and the points of contact were not emotional enough.

The challenge: To create a digital presence that not only informs, but also convinces — and actively contributes to lead generation.

This objective was the starting point for the strategic realignment. In future, the website should be more than just a product catalog: a real sales tool — user-centered, intuitive and visually convincing.

Our approach: Structured and effective

We analyzed target groups, their pain points and their typical customer journey. In focus: planners, metal workers and window manufacturers — with clearly derived needs.

- Together with the customer, we prioritized key content and reduced complexity:

- The system structure is visualized compactly directly under the header slider.

- The handbook replaces many individual pages — as a central knowledge document.

- Downloads, technical information and reference projects are prominently placed.

We developed a new structure with a reduced, modern and visually powerful design approach. Functions such as a direct download area, the integration of YouTube videos and the clean transfer of QR codes from the manual were implemented technically and visually.

Reimagined: The digital order area

A central highlight of the relaunch is the fully integrated order area — a digital space for customers and partners that represents much more than traditional ordering processes.

The platform enables existing customers to reorder quickly and easily, offers direct access to accessories and spare parts, and creates a seamless connection to sales and technology. Technical inquiries and assistance can be easily submitted and processed — always comprehensible through transparent access to the current processing status. In addition, tenders are distributed centrally across the platform and are freely accessible to all authorized users.

The entire process is kept as transparent and streamlined as possible — consistent user centricity, tailored to Isolette's requirements.
