
Learning is our engine
At MINT, we learn new things every day. Platforms, tools, trends and technologies are rapidly moving into the limelight — and that's a good thing. Because that is exactly our strength, because we are simply really in the mood for development, for new things to discover.
Always moving, never on target
Marketing is not a craft with a fixed toolbox, even though some things and skills are of course essential. Rather, it is a dynamic playing field that reinvents itself every day. Whether it's performance strategies, AI-based targeting models or the next generation of user experience — anyone who wants to survive here needs more than just expertise.
For us, it's part of our DNA. From interns to management, everyone is on the move with open eyes. Always on call. Someone always brings a new tool, new functions or approaches into play, whether for creation, organization, project management, work-life balance, or whatever else you discover. And then? Let's test, analyze, discuss, discard — or incorporate it into our workflow. It takes time, of course, but it takes us so much further in the long run.
Creative learning
A good example of this is our weekly intern Lorenz, who within a few days has familiarized himself with a platform for animated explanatory videos. Instead of quietly swimming along, he immediately implemented his own mini-project — from idea to conception to implementation.

Learning isn't an extra — it's our strategy
In an industry where platforms change overnight and trends come before they're even called a trend, constant learning isn't a nice-to-have. It is essential for survival. And that is exactly what makes our job so exciting: The change is not a threat, but our playing field.
That is why we not only promote new ideas — we also challenge them. We believe in the potential of experiments, in thinking outside the box and in the power of people who want to discover new things with their hearts and minds.
