Two exciting years have passed since we restarted with MINT. And what a fantastic journey full of creativity, challenges and growth lies behind us. And in front of us too. Our agency has developed not only geographically, but also in our mission, our knowledge and methods, and our team — and we intend to continue to do so.

A lot of change with a strong basis

It's no secret that MINT didn't come out of nowhere. Even before the restart, the agency had built up decades of experience and strong partnerships. We are proud that many of our long-standing customers and partners are still following this path with us today and are open to new concepts and ideas — proof of the quality and success of our work.

Since the restart, we have not only expanded our team, but also deepened our expertise. Our portfolio has grown — from corporate design, sustainability reports and social media concepts to holistic corporate communication strategies. We don't stop learning, developing ourselves and (of course) passing this on to our customers.

Old and new values, big goals

We have often advised companies on soul searching, analysed the perception of themselves and others together with them and then formulated mission, vision and values. In short: created a clear corporate identity. And in the same way, we listened to ourselves and (re) defined values that we already carried within us for the most part anyway. It is extremely important to reflect on them, to formulate them and to ask ourselves what our goals are. After all, we have a lot of plans for the coming years: We want to strengthen our presence in new markets and continue to offer innovative ideas and solutions, remain curious and move with the times to be the first point of contact for the development of companies. Always at the forefront for the best results.

Fun at work

After two years of MINT, we can say: The whole team is still there with enthusiasm every day. This is shown by projects such as our podcast “Relevant Side Quests” or the way we actively follow and creatively use the latest developments such as in the area of artificial intelligence. We never get bored and never get bored with us.
