athmer oHG
athmer is the leading international manufacturer of sealing and finger protection systems for doors and gates. Safety is also a major concern for young talent—so why not address it directly?
In a multimedia recruiting campaign, we spiced up the whole thing with a wink with the “door” element, both textually and visually.
The campaign colors are derived from the corporate colors and are supported by a framework that we developed based on the existing logo. The frame focuses on both the person and the headline.
On particularly large areas, such as construction fence banners, we have broken up the design concept to attract even more attention. People remain in focus, but in unusual poses that arouse curiosity. Large CTA's direct interested parties from the bus to the website.
Speaking of a broken-up concept: The campaign is supported by additional measures, such as Edgar Cards and eye-catching trade fair giveaways. While these elements are designed with greater freedom, they incorporate the campaign's central design elements and tone of voice — ensuring high brand recognition and a consistent perception of the brand across all contact points.
If you want to attract talent, you need to offer more than just job advertisements. athmer demonstrates this with a campaign that stands out, leaves a lasting impression and strikes a chord with the target group. It's bold, visually striking and always at eye level. This is employer branding with character.
